Lovely people. It was pleasure using their service. Emma did an excellent job today. She really does her best effort to support their customers, and she is excellent at what she does. In simple words, Emma and Owners of business are really customer oriented and make comfort for their customers with professional attitude.

My head was burnt the day of my formal when Emma was trying style my side bangs, and i received no compensation. I had to ask for an ice pack which wasn’t even frozen so it didn’t help. In the end i had to try and do my own bangs and fix the rest of my hair at home because it couldn’t be done in the time frame i asked if it could have been, even though i double checked with my stylist and arrived early to my appointment.
