Very poor service. I purchased a pistol from these guys, didn’t work out of the box. I took said pistol back to store hoping for some answers. They looked at the gun. Said there was an issue with the barrel, then said I need to contact smith and Wesson on my own. Sooooo I buy a pistol from them, and have no after sales support at all on a gun that was broke out of the box. I finally Karen-Ed them into helping me out.
