Disappointed in their management, I called someone out recently he didn't tell me what he was doing how it was done or even what the issue was. After it taking him two days of coming and going and I had to get off work multiple times. The only words said to me from the tech were at the end he said he added refrigerant and there wasn't a leak and left.
