Dr. Puschak is unbelievable. So patient and kind. Never acts annoyed or makes me feel bad when I have questions and explains things clearly. She truly seems to care as deeply for my pet as I do. I also have to mention Kathie Bernstiel, at the front desk. She is so sweet and always a pleasure to deal with while we wait our turn.
I called here as I was concerned about my cat’s diagnosis at a previous vet and asked if they could perform an ultrasound. The representative over the phone was very compassionate and recommended I try Metropolitan Emergency Vet for a faster turnaround. This advice gave my poor kitty a fairer fighting chance in her battle with advanced stage kidney disease, and while she wasn’t strong enough to battle for much longer, I doubt it would be been for as long were I not have called.
