I had a 9am appointment, but life happens and Mr. Stephon was a few minutes late. What could have been a 2 hour job, turned into a 45 minute job. Because of his tardiness, he had one other guy help on my vehicle to speed thing up. Mr. Stephon was especially charming, courteous, and extremely polite.
