Spoke to Nigel about a car that was advertised, and I made lots of requests including videos of the underside of the car. Nigel was all too happy to oblige, even going so far as putting the car on a ramp and sending me the video along with photos of the service history. Unfortunately I had a change of heart, and decided to go with a different model of car in the end. Couldn't rate the customer service offered more highly, and I feel like this is a dealer you I'd have no hesitation buying a car from online.
