I haven’t moved in yet, almost there, but I’ve had such a great experience with Tronos. Melani has been extremely helpful during this process and George is a great guy and gives off a good vibe. I look forward to moving into my apartment soon and I would definitely suggest anyone looking for an apartment check them out.
Absolutely phenomenal communication and they give you options. Customer service is off the charts I can't even exaggerate it honestly. I started my process around January-february. And I moved to my apartment in April. I recommend to anyone taking a look at this review. Be prepared with proper paperwork and they will give you what you're looking for.

Melani did her absolute best when helping me find an apartment. I’m a month in and i love my new home. She’s great at what she does. I hope to work with her in the future on finding a new place when the time comes!!
One of the GREATEST experiences I've had in years. I am born and raised in NYC and we all know how hard it is to come across a decent and honest broker.
