I am still in awe at how quickly Melani moved for me to get an apartment. I reached out to Tronos Realty and within two weeks I was signing my lease! Don’t bother . They are not honest about the area in which a building is located when you ask. They are not honest about the rentals at all . They will place you in the most unsafe loud areas of the Bronx and act like they didn’t know the area was like that. The Broker fee is ridiculous because they don’t even show you the apartment unit themselves the superintendent for the building does that.
