Emailed Tronitec about "a small job" -- Christmas Tree lights led controller -- just needed a couple wires soldered. They fixed it while I waited and even made an improvement to the design -- adding strain relief so it wouldn't happen again. Great team front desk, tech, and management!
My Eeco system stopped working and I was quoted a replacement for $27,000. Yes, $27000. I found Phil on the net and he got my problem figured out and fixed for a grand total of less than $170 counting shipping both ways. Think I'm a happy guy?
