Phil was very professional and helpful! I had issues with my Samsung one connect box. They identified the defective components in a timely manner, and I did not have to replace the entire TV.

I talked with Phil to try and figure out of they had parts to help me fix an issue im having on a job. He spent the time to try and help me figure out what I could use or do to get my job complete even though they dont deal with these situations often Phil went above and beyond to try and help. If im in the area and have any electronic repair needs again I will be contacting Tronitec Inc.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Mr Vullo and team for repairs effected on some unusual components out of their typical offerings. We have utilized their services which are becoming quite a rare skillset. They were able to recap a small job of failed SMD caps that are now becoming a recognized issue of a manufacturers lack of due diligence with their initial engineering (shame on you Stellantis). Emailed Tronitec about "a small job" -- Christmas Tree lights led controller -- just needed a couple wires soldered. They fixed it while I waited and even made an improvement to the design -- adding strain relief so it wouldn't happen again. Great team front desk, tech, and management!
