I’ve been using a Trone Self Storage unit for a couple of years now, and would recommend them without hesitation. The process to get the right size unit was quick and easy. I’ve encountered no problems using the space which was clean and ready when I first started using it. I even forgot the gate code and when I called and verified my identity, they were able to get me in promptly. I appreciate the service I continue to receive.

The first month after renting unit it rained inside the unit and flooded my contents! Not one apology! What I got was a trip 3 times for the maintenance person to look at the unit and not know how to fix it! For one year I rented the unit the they raised the rent from$75 a month to $120 a month! If you need a storage unit beware and find another place. Update a Manager called me after I vacated the unit and complained about having to give 30 days notice and all the issues. She did apologize . A little to late but... Take car... read more
