I stopped in to Trone Tag & Title for some advice on a complex car title issue. They were very helpful, patient with my detailed questions and offered workable solutions. Very professional!
The people who work in this office are not professional at all, to me they don't know what they are doing, for a car tag process to take more than 2 months it is not resolved, That the pendote takes the license of these people who work because they are not professional at all, I have my wife who has. The transfer she is doing on the Minivan took 2 months until now she can't get the tag, every month the pendote application sends it back because there are errors every time they send it away it is the same, I hope the business ... read more
I've been in twice and worked with Pam. She couldn't resolve my issue, twice, because of an external problem, but provided very useful information. I think I also spoke to the owner once, again very helpful. Thank you!
This company titled my vehicle and added a extra zero for my milage. I addressed this with them and they told me I would have to pay to have it fixed because I should have checked it. Maybe they should do their job properly so people dont have to check the work they pay to have done . I would not recommend this company to anyone.
