I want to say a special thank you to James Kesler who went above and beyond last Friday evening to help my husband after hours!! Our 2020 Outback had to be towed in due to an issue that James stated had been caused by a previous service error. We live in the north Ga area and my husband had to wait for roadside assistance, then ended up having to be towed, so he was dealing with all this for hours!! The folks at this service center are so honest and go above and beyond in their customer service. We took our car there to get checked out for a possible transmission issue (a bit of clunking sensation when the gears shifted). They ran diagnostics, spent a lot of time with the car and had multiple mechanics drive it around...ended up that the car is fine and there are no suspected issues with transmission.
