Our salesman Tyler was absolutely amazing! His expertise in showing us all about the trucks was so helpful. He was patient with us and worked hard to get us the deal we wanted and needed to fit our budget. This was the best car buying experience. Thomas in the financing was also an amazing blessing to work out the perfect deal! This is our 3rd time buying from Troncalli and definitely the best experience! We are so grateful for Tyler and Thomas and of course for incredible new truck!!
I had a transmission problem with a ram ProMaster van in warranty and took the vehicle to a couple of dealers for evaluation but they just told me that the transmission was fine and that my concern was unwarranted. I then took the vehicle to Troncalli cdjr in Cumming Georgia where I discussed this issue with the service manager, Christian Bird.
