Wanted to share my experience with the service department at Troncalli CDJR - More specifically, Joe Maturani in the Commercial Fleet Service Department. We have a Class B RV on a 3500 Promaster chassis. A few weeks back the PRNDL Shift Bezel stopped illuminating and the Tow/Haul switch stopped working.
