Horrible Customer service. Called in to ask a question. Receptionist kept hanging up in my face. 3 different times!! First she answered the phone “Hello.” … so I asked her very politely , “Is this Tron Electric?” And she hung up. Called back again and asked her what happened? Did you hang up in my face or did we disconnect? She hung up again. I called back again to ask her why she is hanging up?!?! And she hung up again. I wish I would have gotten her name. But this is how Tron Electric conducts business????
