Made business with Josh Olsen and installer Zack around October of 2024 for a 2024 Kia Sorento that wasn’t in the best condition from the dealer as they recommended me to address some paint issues first while they could hold me a spot until my issues got resolved. Paid the entire deposit upfront to secure my spot for almost $3K, trusting their job and previous work from the shop. My wife purchased a new Tesla, but wanted a color other than the 5 options available. We reached out to Tron for a full body wrap. They helped us find a unique color that turned out perfect. Job well done!! Update, a year later... can't get anyone to return a call or a message. Frustrating. Been waiting on a refund for nearly a month... Ceramic Pro/Tron Auto Lab closed up shop in SLC the day before I was supposed to take my cruiser back in for tint. I’d already paid. The owner won’t return any outreach and won’t refund my payment. Don’t use Tron Auto Lab in Park City. Crooked people. Zach and Josh (employees) are still phenomenal but no longer employed by Ceramic Pro or Tron.

Not thrilled to be honest. I understand I drive a Volkswagen GTI and not a Maybach, but at $3100 (ceramic, tint, PPF) the experience has left a lot to be desired. Dropped the car off 2/23 and picked it up 3/1. Came back for the two week check-in and to get the fender badges reinstalled on 3/20. While I was there I pointed out a swirl in the PPF on the hood they said they’d fix and some polish that had dripped down into the doorjamb they said they’d clean up.
