Contracted them for a major job and they never showed. They did a smaller job for us - they are very high priced and do not respond to messages regarding defective work.

I highly recommend Trombly Plumbing! My water pressure started to dissipate at the begining of the week. I called multiple plumbing companies that google recommended for 2 days before I found Trombly. When I called not only did I get a person, but someone also called back to schedule Rick to come out the next day to scope out the problem. 2/3/25 Called Trombly with after hours emergency (Broken Pipe due to cold weather) When Heather called back, I explained my situation about the broken pipe but was met with attitude and unprofessionalism. Heather proceeded to tell me that we weren't regular customers and they could not and would not help. I did remind Heather that we used Trombley's emergency/after hours service last year for a toilet issue and they came right out to help so I was surprised to be met with such hostility. Trombly has helped me multiple times, including on holidays. Heather is extraordinarily helpful and will always attempt to diagnose and walk me through possible solutions before sending someone out. I cannot recommend Trombly Plumbing and Heating enough, and am grateful for their help.
