In 1997 I was hit by a car at 7 months pregnant, almost lost the baby, one of their lawyers came to the hospital and told me not to worry about anything that my case was a “win”. I gave birth after many complications and kept calling them while I was being given the run around with medical papers I had to get filled out, finally got all the paperwork they needed got in contact with them and I was told they had sent me a letter rejecting the case.
