Honestly, I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. My friend came from far away to visit me and parked in my brother’s assigned parking space — the space that belongs to our unit — with our full permission. He was only staying for about one hour. We truly did not expect the car to be towed, especially since it was parked in the resident’s assigned space, not in an unauthorized area. The leasing company is rude, lies, and just wants your money. I left a more detailed review of my dissatisfaction with Stratagem Management on their google address. Additionally, there is no visitor parking, my car got towed from my own spot as well as guests in my assigned space, tours given almost weekly in my unit with little notice, they would leave lights on and doors open, not worth the hassle
