The leasing company is rude, lies, and just wants your money. I left a more detailed review of my dissatisfaction with Stratagem Management on their google address. Additionally, there is no visitor parking, my car got towed from my own spot as well as guests in my assigned space, tours given almost weekly in my unit with little notice, they would leave lights on and doors open, not worth the hassle
