SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY TICKETS. THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND NEVER SHOWED UP. My family and I purchased 4 tickets in May 2026 for the 11AM tour. We received our tickets digitally and an email with instructions. We were told meet the Trolley in front of the Fraizer Museum at 10:45. We paid $12.00 to park and began waiting at 10:25 AM. Many other customers also gathered in front of the Fraizer Museum. We all waited and by 11:05 AM, no one came. We began calling the company and the line always rang busy. Great tour of the city and Adam was very knowledgeable and informative! Well worth the money!
Very poor customer service, I emailed them three times no response. I mistakenly entered the wrong date and immediately emailed them for a refund, no one ever responded. Three times no response!!
Took a tour today. Interesting details about the city of Louisville. Not a word shared about the Civil Rights struggle of this city- not one mention of all the ugly landmarks of America's darkest time in American history- disappointing. By the way-it was not the "prohibition era" as suggested by the tour guide. America's ugly past is American history, please stop trying to erase it!
