Went to three different bike shops in the area and these guys were the best!! Very knowledgeable, personable and helpful with picking out a road bike. Plus I loved all of their selection. I had an exceptional experience at the shop today. The technician on duty Carl was both knowledgeable and friendly while I sat and waited for new tubes and tires for my bike. A stellar atmosphere with great service at a fair price!

Came in with my son to have my bike serviced and was insulted by the person who was ringing up my order. Went on a ride after having said service completed (has to call to find out that my bike was ready), bike was still not fixed, called to talk to the owner and was told "he's out for a ride he might call you back". I'd love to talk to the owner about my experience.
