I am going to start by saying I have never written a review on a business before. The doctor I met with was completely fine - their administrative staff has to be comprised of some of the most incompetent people on earth, specifically the billing department. First, I called to confirm with them my routine skin care check was fully covered by insurance, which they said it was. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment to get in. Upon entrance the office esthetics is more pleasing than other offices. But what stands out the most is the caring and most efficient providers on staff. Whether its a temporary skin issue or life time issue. They will go above and beyond to not just soothe the skin but same time ease your mind knowing you're in good hands.
