Amazing customer experience all the way through. Only thing better than my experience was them adding batteries at no additional cost. They let me know where my project was all along the way. I couldn't be happier.
My experience with having my micro inverter replaced was great! I was especially impressed with how Bailey Cook took the initiative to help me through this process after I discovered that the original installation company was no longer in operation. She was instrumental in arranging and guiding me through successfully installation. This included direct contact and follow up which doesn’t occur often. Thanks again!
