Horrible experience. I waited months for a simple bumper, grille and radiator to be replaced. Staff were rude, especially the estimator Alex (very unprofessional employee). They kept claiming parts weren’t available, this was false. I ended up having to get ICBC fair practices involved and that finally got these guys moving. My AC worked great when I dropped the truck off, but out of spite I believe this shop drained my refrigerant. Run for the hills!!!! Avoid these guys at all costs!
No courtesy vehicle, so for me this was a deal breaker.
Front desk Staff so friendly. Stephanie and Wanda were so extremely helpful. They always make it extremely easy, fast and convenient and very helpful. This is always my go to place and will continue!!
Friend has been waiting over 2 months for any word on if his truck will be written off or not. Trojan will not even tell ICBC a repair quote so they know if there is a point in going forward with the repair or just write it off.
Run away. Find a different outfit. I’ve been waiting for over 5 months to get my repairs done. Every month it’s the same excuse that the parts are on order. They can’t even tell me when these supposed part are meant to arrive. How can you not know. Is no one checking the status of these shipments. Just applying.
