Hello Nanaimo! I don't ever write reviews for services though I had an exceptional experience with Troja this fall! I was rearended by a Tesla in the summer and had damage to the rear bumper/ hatch as well as many other related parts. Took my car in for icbc covered repairs and it's like new! Awesome job! I was nervous about picking up my vehicle when I was called it was ready, assuming I would find something not quite right ( I'm very meticulous) but was blown away! Only complaint really is just now I noticed one tab that l... read more

Wow. Lightning strikes twice at Trojan Collision Nanaimo. Amazingly friendly and amazing work! This may sound cliche but I'll never go anywhere else.
Took three months for Trojan Collision to get my car in for repair - when I get it back there is a crack in the windshield in front of the drivers seat. I mentioned it to the secretary - she talked to the adjuster - he said it was there when I dropped it off and he had pictures of it - when I asked to see the pictures he came out to see me and said “There’s a crack in the windshield?” like it’s the first he’s heard of it.
