I had an outstanding experience at this Collision Centre from start to finish. I came in to have my front bumper replaced, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made everything easy and kept me informed throughout the process. Never should of brought my tuck there. Terrible service !!!
Not overly impressed. Staff are friendly enough. But they didn't reset my backup camera and didn't reinstall my lock wheel for my spare. Wouldn't use again.
If I could give a zero star review I would. This is the most disorganized bunch of losers I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The original adjuster, Scott, did my estimate back in November and then simply refused to communicate with me for months. I brought this to the attention of management and they did nothing about it until I had additional claims for them to take care of and then they finally agreed to switch to a different adjuster.
