Super staff and coach!!! Class are small and it is like having a personal trainer!!! The other athletes are so wonderful and helpful. Age goes from 15 to no max, and I am a senior. Best exercise decision I ever made. Got more strength, lost weight and my stamina is much higher. They even have a diet chart if you want more guidance.
Amazing environment and the coaches are awesome.
