Troika employs low skill workers who are largely unsupervised and uses the cheapest building materials which results in poor quality of work. Contractor Shane Hipps takes appallingly little responsibility for his projects, is unprofessional and unreasonable. Horrible experience overall and I would NOT recommend these guys to anyone!
