Fantastic experience with this company after requiring emergency service on an oil water heater. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond... taught me some things about my own equipment. Also, immediate response from the office to close out the invoice. Some strange reviews on here not having anything to do with service... but I would highly recommend this company for oil equipment maintenance and/or repairs. Thanks again guys!
Could not be more pleased with quality of service. This season we have had issues on 3 occasions, two of them at off peak times. Tommy, Richie and Joe have each been so accommodating in promptly and efficiently resolving our problems, giving us peace of mind and patiently answering our questions. Lovely and efficient office staff as well.
Avoid this company at all costs! They have overpriced oil and terrible service!
