On March 14th we hired Trocsch to install a new unit in our double wide. we were charged nearly 8k for a new coil and outdoor unit. We agreed to a 2.5 ton and he replaces it with a much larger unit. He insisted he could "fix" it with warranty parts but warranty parts wont fix a unit that is entirely too big. He is unlicensed and uninsured. He refuses to replace it. On March 14th we hired Trocsch to install a new unit in our double wide. we were charged nearly 8k for a new coil and outdoor unit, not even a new blower motor. He has yet to fix the unit for it to function properly. we were without any ac for a week because he messed up the wiring. we have had to hire new hvac to come and fix his issues. we DO NOT recommend his at all.

I messaged Robert on an early monday morning after a brutaly hot weekend and within seconds he called me back. He was at my house within an hour and had the unit repaired and cleaned by 9am. He is prompt, knowledgable, clean, and friendly. I can't say enough about how pleased i am. He was recommended to me by another customer of his, so i am doing what i can to soread the word! Amazing service. I called and let him know that I had a newborn in the house and he came within 15 minutes and fixed my issue. Give them a call before you shop around because this was the best service I could ever imagine. Thank you so much.

They found a leak another company and ORUD said wasn't there. Profesional and honest guys. We k ow who were calling from now on. Wife and kids feel safer thanks to them
