Their head of billing is rude & doesn't want to listen to you explain that they coded your bloodwork for your wellness exam wrong. She was told BCBS said to resend it in coded correctly then they would pay it that they couldn’t change it from insurance side. She absolutely refused to do it then I had to pay a $300+ bill for my bloodwork that is covered 100 percent yearly for wellness.
Great staff and Drs and nurses. Always clean and smells great. Love the smell of fresh popcorn when I enter the building. Highly recommend this place. Never had to wait over ten minutes to be seen. Appointments are texted and emailed as reminders for next appointment for follow up visits. Amazed at how fast an X-ray was taken and read to be treated so promptly. Had a complete hip replacement by Dr.Hester,had excellent nursing staff for a overnight stay in hospital. Dr. Hester has a excellent attitude with knowledge of his profession 5 star rating
