Had a complete hip replacement by Dr.Hester,had excellent nursing staff for a overnight stay in hospital. Dr. Hester has a excellent attitude with knowledge of his profession 5 star rating
Awful ER. From so called doctors to nurses. No compassion for patient or family.
The ER staff at TRMC is one of the worst. My husband was seen in February, we told them immediately he had just had heart surgery and was experiencing heart issues. The nurses both (night and day) were rude, hateful, laughed in our faces at different issues. The doctor could not do anything for assuming it was the flu or covid. He never called the cardiologist assigned to my husband or the Electrophysiologist. I called their offices myself. We had our baby girl delivered here on Sept 22nd and had the best care possible. The labor and delivery staff is amazing! They are a facility that takes into account the patient and the baby. As a first time mom, I was scared and not sure what to expect, but they made me feel great and confident that I could do this next big chapter in my life.
