I take all 5 of my cars to TRM. Wonderful service experience, much better than dealership. Take my classic cars and trucks to them all the time as well as my everyday cars.
TRM installed a used transmission (with a 6 month warranty) in my car. When complete, the dash display showed a shifting error code. Gino admitted they purchased and installed a transmission with the wrong shifting ratio, but would take no responsibility for the mistake. He held my car hostage until I paid $1,500 in labor, although he knew the car’s computer didn’t recognize this shifting ratio.
