They charge extra...for shoddy work. I have been a long-time customer of TRL. Over the course of 2+ decades I’ve had many vehicles tires serviced there. On 10/5/18 I had a tire mounted and balanced, for $26.xx. Now the tire has a slow leak coming from the bead, because the wheel was not cleaned well enough prior to mounting the tire. Today I returned to TRL, to have them fix the work that they did. I was charged an additional $22!! So in TOTAL, nearly $50 to mount 1 tire! I will not be returning to TRL. No record of this customer or any vehicles here. My computer goes back to 2012. We mounted a tire on his rim in sept of 2018-6 mos ago. He brought in tire loose without a vehicle. The tire he brought in loose today was leaking because the paint on rim was peeling. We buffed off paint and sealed rim. -needs a new rim. Have video of customer agressive at counter. Please dont come back Jonas.
Highly recommend! Little family owned business that understands customer service is the key to building your customer base. I went there today for a tire repair. I went back to work and told everyone about how great this place is.
