Talk about a scam of a company. They cancelled The Great Outdoors Comedy festival in Mississauga, Ontario literally 3 days before it was supposed to happen. Not only that, but no emails have been sent out regarding a refund in the slightest. Nothing. What a joke of a company. Never buy tickets for an event for Trixstar Productions, EVER. And they will continue to tell people about the "fine print", while taking no accountability for leaving hundreds upon hundreds of people out hundreds of dollars.
It's obvious that the Trixstar team genuinely cares about the guest experience. Their events are fun, organized, and unique. We jump at the chance to work with them at any opportunity we get.
