Terrible communication and unprofessional management.Trixstar abruptly cancelled the Great Outdoors Comedy Festival in Mississauga just days before it was supposed to start. Passing it off as a "postponement" to ensure a "better experience" is incredibly misleading, especially when headliners like John Mulaney explicitly stated the decision was entirely on the organizers. SCAMMERS!!! Fans and acts should avoid at all costs. Mississauga comedy festival cancelled at last minute with no explanation and no communication. No refunds have been issued, emails get ignored, and phone number does not pickup or reply to texts. Scam scam scam!
Completely unprofessional unethical company. Pushed and promoted ticket sales up to the day before they cancelled an entire weekend of shows and have had 0 communication with ticket buyers. Just took everyone’s money
Dropping 50% of your headliners a couple weeks before a show and replacing them with B-listers. Refusing refunds. Cancelling event 2 days before through your social media and not by contacting ticket holders directly. STILL refusing refunds because it's been "postponed". Amateur hour. These guys can't organize a two car parade.
Last minute cancellation of the Mississauga, Ontario show with no real explanation. Communications about parking went out literally days earlier but I had to find out about the cancellation through friends and social media before any communication went out to ticket holders. We should get refunds!
