Just closed out a deal in RealtyShare. Triwest budged 500K for 1900 sq house and ended up needing additional almost 1.2 million of capital. At the end of the day, lost 45% of principal when they sold the property 400K above the original estimate. How can they mismanage a project like this? Just can't believe it.
