Selected this complex and my apartment from out of State. Mariana was super helpful during the entire process, and helped make me confident I was choosing the right apartment even having never seen it in person. Update 3 months later (Aug.2025) - The Gym AC has been broken twice now this year for weeks at a time leaving the gym (which is solid glass walls) to be upwards of 85-90 degrees everyday. The same can be said about the AC in the shared workspace area too. The pool is consistently closed, the stairwells still smell like dog pee and there is trash EVERYWHERE throughout the complex. Great place quiet can’t hear your neighbors staff is SUPER friendly and helpful and a great location super happy with my choice! Have to update my review from a 5 to a 3. The staff is still awesome and the cleaning and local maint are great also. But to go more than a month in the summer with the air conditioner out in the gym and other common areas is ridiculous. I have lived at Trivista for 3 years, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. The team there, especially Mariana, is incredibly kind and helpful. She is always on top of making sure the tenants feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of. Any issue I’ve had, she’s been able to resolve it swiftly. The amenities are always clean, and the people who live there are wonderful. The location is also great, and is walking distance from tons of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Packages get stolen easily and even though you pay for the parcel lockers, there aren’t enough and apparently it is ok to just leave packages anywhere on the first floor by the doors and hope they make it up to the package room. This place is a joke. The only positive is the maintenance and cleaning teams. After multiple unfortunate and rude encounters with Cassiopeia, I don’t see the point in trying to ask for any type of assistance from the management team.
