Leasing office, facilities, and maintence workers are all super nice. But since I moved in amenities have steadily breaking (which is somewhat normal) but they don’t get fixed in a timely manner. Here is a list of stuff that’s currently broken: - Pool/Hot Tub (just broke this week) - 1/2 main elevators (been broken since I moved in in October) - door to get into the garage as a pedestrian (been broken atleast a month) - the only fire pit I’ve tried to use didn’t work - all but one pool cue - all of the ping pong balls Edit: ... read more
Love the location the amenities are fantastic have been living here for about 4 years. Management has been extremely accommodating and helpful helped me transfer units several times as my living situation changed a special shout out to cassieopia thank you so much for all your help. One drawback is occasionally things like garage doors and elevators do seem to be out of service for a couple days but other than that excellent property
Came by to check out some apartments. I had pleasure meeting the assistant manager, cassiopeia When i say, she went above and beyond for me. She did everything in her power to squeeze me in for a tour. She was very informative, great personality/customer service. She is the reason i will be relocating from Miami, Florida. I fell in love with the Property and the amenities that she took the time to show me. I generally like it here but I moved away from a single family house partially to avoid having to clean up dog poop from in front of my house. I had to pick up dog poop from in front of my door inside Trivista the other day. If they stopped allowing dog owners to live here. I'd change my review to 5 stars, but I'm sick of the constant dog pee smell outside the building and the antisocial behavior from dog owners inside the building.
