Called for info on where to get control solutions. She did not give any good information and I had to ask about different solutions as stated in manual. She said there was low, medium and high ???? But didn’t explain. Told her I would try website and hung up as she was no help. Website did not help me find it either. I guess I will not be using their control solutions as I can’t find any info on it and they were no help

Received True Metrix self monitoring blood glucose meter which did Not come with the 10 sterile lancets and the time was 1 hour off. I am in the same time zone as Florida so not sure why the time was off 1 hour. Also carry case is way too small. Not pleased with this product.

Had bought at Walgreens the Trividia Metrix Air package, including test strps. From the beginning the glucometer registered higher than normal glucose levels, when compared with my laboratory tests and other glucose meters. I contacted Trividia about the issues I was having. Spoke with a Ms. Leidy, who was quite helpful. After asking a number of questions in regards to the my operation of the meter, she informed me that Trividia would be sending me a new glucose meter . I just opened a box of ketone test strips . Used 1 immediately and it didn't work. After reading the reviews about customer service I am going to Walgreens to try and get a refund.
