On August 16, 2025, my husband and I had a major HVAC emergency that could have ended very badly, we had smoke filling our home and even had to call the fire department. Within just a few hours (and on a hot weekend no less), Tyler from Trivett’s Heating and Cooling came out and went above and beyond to take care of us. Tyler is my HVAC guy for three very large cabins in the Smokies. He keeps the air and heat flowing and the guest happy. He knows that guest reviews can make or break you so he does what it takes to make the guest believe you’re doing all you can.

Very happy with our experience, one phone call and was able to talk with Tyler the owner of the company (and yes he is local). He offered to come that evening. I didn't think it was an emergency so we scheduled an appointment for the following day. He showed up on time, very professional and got to work. He found several problems, each step took the time to show us the bad parts and the cost to replace them. In the end, our heating system was fixed at an affordable price. I highly recommend them.
