I am quite disappointed in today’s experience. As a regular, I usually enjoy coming to this location. But, the disrespect today was disheartening, to say the least. A woman who was behind me in line was helped first, even though I was clearly next. When someone in my party pointed it out, the owner just said “sorry,” laughed it off, and moved on. The lady there is genuinely so sweet and professional and I have been going to her for almost 10 years now and I refuse to go to anyone else because she is so good at eyebrows she is the only one I trust. The place is very clean and the vibe in general is so amazing

I usually have a great experience here. But today, my eyebrows came out extremely messed up, uneven, and just bad. Usually, it’s the older woman that does my eyebrows, but today it was a different person and she genuinely messed me up so bad, that I’m leaving a review, which is something I never do. It seems she was an apprentice and learning, but my eyebrows are not the place to learn, and I should’ve been given the option beforehand to get them done by someone more knowledgeable.
