This practice has forgot my refills 2 times, ignored my messages, not called to discuss my test results, the new lab tech that draws blood blew out my vein,( that's never happen to me ever) last visit took over 3 hours! It's pathetic that of your sick you can't come to office but just do a virtual visit, I'm done with this place , both of my reviews on here are missing?
She is very special!! She actually listens to you and provides outstanding service.
