Disappointed with the billing practices at TriValley Primary Care (Willow Grove) and Dr. Yaena Park. My annual preventive visit, which should have been fully covered by insurance, was billed with an additional service code for an issue that had already been addressed during a separate visit just a week earlier. Reviewing lab results was also treated as a separate billable item, even though it’s a routine part of an annual exam. This was my first visit with Dr. Phillips, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. He was very caring, patient, and really listened to everything I had going on. I never felt rushed. He was thorough and put together a clear, well-thought-out plan to help me move forward. I left feeling confident and taken care of. Great doctor.
All of the doctors, and Lori are very friendly and professional. This is a really great doctor’s office with great staff. The office is organized, stocked and clean. Management is good as well. Donna is very nice, and easy to talk to!
