I have been a patient of this practice since I was a child, and before seeing Dr. Yaena Park, I was under the care of Dr. Desiree, who I absolutely adored. Unfortunately, within the last year, I was switched to Dr. Park’s patient list, and since then, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Lori Hughes is great! My first time seeing her at this office. I arrived at 4:30 for my appointment, checked in and 5 minutes later, I was brought back to see the doctor. She was on time and was super nice and pleasant. She answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. I recommend seeing Lori Hughes. She is great!
When I first started going to Tri-Valley, I had no issues. My doctor was a woman of color who was understanding, polite, and gentle. She was my doctor for 2-3 years, but suddenly, when I came in for another appointment, I found out she was no longer there.
