I have been seeing Dr. Hart since 2005. I completely trust her care; she is skilled, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I always feel heard and our visits are thorough without feeling rushed. Her staff is also kind and respectful. Rina is the nursing associate who starts each visit with a smile and sets me at ease. Dr. Hart has been my PCP for many years. She and her practice are caring, effective and highly responsive. I have also seen Dr. Debra George-Reichley in that office and she offered a quick, accurate and helpful diagnosis. The nurses call me back when I have questions or issues with my prescriptions and also get me connected with Dr. Hart when needed. I have always been treated well there and am happy that I chose TriValley.
If I could give negative stars I would. I called into the TriValley Primary Care Office looking to become a new patient. The receptionist, DARLENE, who answered couldn't have been more UNHELPFUL. She was EXTREMELY rude and did not even allow me to finish my sentence before asking for my date of birth. I knew they would not have me on file because I would be a new patient. Then she proceeded to tell me Doctor Hart was not accepting new patients at this time. Which I totally understand and would have been fine with any doctor ... read more
