This is the most difficult office to work with. Everything is automated and you cannot reach a live person. Does anybody work any more?
I've been seeing Dr. Parke for the past 2 years and he is great, easy going, flexible, helpful, and informative. The staff at the front desk is always helpful and super nice. I can always get an appointment and dont have to worry about waiting in an overcrowded waiting room for over an hour like some other places Ive been to in the past. Glad I found these guys!
I cancelled my appointment through the Healow app and they said they never got a notification so were going to charge me. I had a screenshot of the text saying the appointment was cancelled and they made me go there to show them since they claimed they had no way to email them. I went there and the receptionist with dark hair was unbelievably rude and told me the screenshot couldn’t prove anything even after I spoke to them on the phone about it.
