Patient's health insurance was no longer accepted by this practice. Unprofessionally dismissed by office staff by repeatedly saying, "we don't accept that insurance" "that insurance isn't accepted here" with an audience and immediately disassociated the patient from the practice. Elderly persons beware.
Dr Park and his staff treat their patients professionally and with kindness. They are efficient, effective and friendly. They have been understanding and helpful during emergencies for me. I'm very pleased with the treatment and support I recievefrom this office! Dr Park treats his patients like family!
This is the most difficult office to work with. Everything is automated and you cannot reach a live person. Does anybody work any more?
I've been seeing Dr. Parke for the past 2 years and he is great, easy going, flexible, helpful, and informative. The staff at the front desk is always helpful and super nice. I can always get an appointment and dont have to worry about waiting in an overcrowded waiting room for over an hour like some other places Ive been to in the past. Glad I found these guys!
