I’ve been a patient of Dr. Park for four years, he is a very caring doctor takes his time to listen to your concerns. He’s always giving me a wonderful suggestions and refers when needed. My only complaint is the offices answers services at the front desk, though it has improved over the years.
Tri-Valley Primary Care is a poorly run practice with a very bad office manager. Shannon Codd is awful and looks at patients as numbers as opposed to an actual patient. I grew up going to North Willow Grove family medicine since the 1990s and then they were acquired by TriValley Primary Care acquired them in 2021. Was looking for a local physician for my father and was referred to Tri Valley by a colleague. Called and received an early appointment for him. Scheduler was super friendly over phone. Wish I’d remember her name. Appointment came and he was to see Dr. MOELLER. When I say she EXCEEDED our expectations. To have a physician SEE your concerns BUT actually HEARS you.
