Edgar is a great trainer. Been going to the MMA classes for a few months now and have learned so much. Will continue to go, great service and extremely friendly.
Great staff
If you want to strive to be the best version of yourself this is the gym. I started with a messed up foot and i got the personal attention I needed to regain my balance and strength. I learned a ton about weight training and the classes were challenging, innovative and lots of fun. I will continue to recommend this gym to anyone.
I was the strongest I've ever been while I was training w/ Edgar and Paul. Excellent coach to client ratio. Lots of personalized attention.
