I started the lifestyle program in April, and I have lost 14 lbs. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I never felt out of place. The shots are helping me a lot I started the pill just last week so I am hitting records with my weight lost goals. Yay Triune thank you very much with your help.

Faith was a wonderful person to deal with. She is very knowledgable with the program and helpful. The girls in the front are a delight to see when you just enter. Everyone has a smile and are very cheery. Can't wait to see my results.
Truine Health has changed my life. I have lost 20 pounds and I feel amazing. Even though I have so much more to go I would recommended doing this program to anyone who wants to better their life and get healthy. I have the motivation to now go back to the gym and better myself. My sisters wedding is coming up in November and I ordered my dress smaller then what I am. With Truine Health I will be able to fit into that dress and feel amazing. Thank you Truine Health!
