Terrible customer service at this dealership, I've been a loyal Triumph customer over the last 25 years and have never been spoken down to as I was in this place. Various friends told me to go elsewhere as they had had similar bad experiences with the service department in particular but I thought I would try them ouy and find out for myself. Turns out the bad reviews are correct! My advice - STAY AWAY. If you do decide to use these guys, You have been warned! Good luck!

I have recently had my bike serviced at Triumph Chesterfield and have been using them since 2016 for all my bike purchases and all my service work. I can not recommend this establishment highly enough. 100 % customer satisfaction. They always go over and above to to keep me happy. All the staff are really friendly but still maintain the necessary professionalism that is required. They are very knowledgeable about the product and the knowledge in the service department is top notch. Well done, keep up the good work.
From Start to finish my experience was poor and its getting worse. 1) booking incorrect. 2) missing parts. Then they mess the bike up on a service and I have to return. No appology but all the excuses to say it wasnt them. Still waiting for a refund on a part. Not impressed to the point I got ride of the Triumph. The dealership disabled my bluetooth, but insisted they wouldn't have done. Just put keys back in my hand.. no appology. Its taken you how many weeks to ask for card details?! Nice people, no pressure to buy etc., and a hassle free experience. Was easy to arrange a test ride, which all went fine. I then decided to buy a bike from them, and this all went smoothly and was a pleasant experience, including haggling over price and a few accessories. Pick up of bike went fine and all was in line with my expectations, including a decent amount of fuel (which other dealers often don't do).
