Bought a new 2024 Blue Speed 400 from Rhett in July 2025. He was friendly, direct and transparent in the sales process. No game playing and no extra fees. Just had my 600 mile break-in service performed. Great price and completed as promised.
I hate dealerships with the exception of this one. No weird price haggling or add-ons, quiet environment, no pressure, and got a free shirt with a bike. They took a trade in without even really looking at it and gave me a fair price. The whole buying process took about an hour. Rhett takes care of everything
Great fast service. Very knowledgeable! Fixed the problems we had brought it in for when promised. Detailed the bike beyond our expectations!!!
I can't speak for the sales department as I did not yet purchase a motorcycle from Triumph Waukesha, but service and parts department have been on the ball 100%. Professional and courteous with each interaction. They work on all makes and models, not just Triumph. Check them out.
