EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. Dealt with Alwin and he was amazing , don’t pressure the sale of a trailer on me at all . Was 100% transparent with early design flaws on some trailers in the early stages but explained how they corrected them and did right by the customers that experienced them . I was originally was going to buy a trailer through action trailers but they gave me the run around and insulted me after I wanted a refund on my deposit. Dealt with Alwin for a landscape trailer. He was very responsive with his emails as well as providing details that made closing the purchase very easy and pleasant. Meeting in person was a pleasant experience as well and I was on my way with my trailer in under an hour . Overall, a very good experience!
