Amazing team and extremely helpful! I reached out to them after doing a cross-country trip on my Bonneville. Tina was extremely helpful and accommodating and helped me hold my bike to be shipped back to New York. They took great care of my bike, amazing dealership!
Bought my first Triumph at Triumph Santa Monica and it couldn’t have gone any better. Jeremiah was so helpful in finding me the right motorcycle for me. Triumph of Santa Monica was awesome. I was on a road trip with My 2023 Bonneville T120. And coming across the desert seem to have sprung the leak, I stopped by in the morning when they opened without an appointment explain my situation, and they were able to get me in, diagnose the problem And get me back on the road. If I didn’t love it, Oregon, they would be my go to triumph dealership Can’t think all of you enough
I bought a Triumph Speed Triple from them. Jerry is really helpful and friendly. Remy the manager is also helpful and professional. I like that they all ride motorcycles and know about the hobby. The whole process was efficient, which is how I like my dealership experiences 😄. I knew ahead of time which bike I wanted, so they guided me through their pre-approval process online, then I just showed up a few days later to sign a few documents and ride the bike into the sunset.
