Jenni took care of me when I brought in my Speed 400 for its break-in service. 10/10, the smoothest and fastest I've ever been taken care of at a dealer. If you're looking to buy or get service for a Triumph, this is the place to go!
Were able to get me in on short notice to get my tires changed and some general maintenance done before the next leg of a 6-week cross country trip. Everything went flawlessly and they even wrapped up early!
Called Triumph Santa Monica for a service related question and was put on hold for over 30 min. Had to call back to have someone immediately answer. The question was regarding if they serviced other motorcycles (I.e. Harley’s) and they said they didn’t.
Julio runs the show. He's great with customers and super knowledgeable. Worth the drive for service, parts and information!
