Don't even bother calling them. They will not return your call. Left them a VM about our business with all our contact info needing a complete roof. No return call. Called again a 3 weeks later and spoke to a rude lady. She said she would have one of there people call us back to setup a time to see the building and again, no returned call. 3rd time I talked to a different lady that was pleasant and she expressed her concerns and apologized for the lack of returned calls. Eric and his team at Triumph were outstanding. They replaced my roof and did a spectacular job! The pricing was extremely affordable, and the technicians onsite were professional and neat. I was amazed at the attention to respect for my property, making sure to leave it as they found it. His administrative team was great from start to finish, making sure all aspects of the job were covered and completed. I would highly recommend Eric and his team at Triumph Roofing.
