Won't deal with them again. Allowed me to order the part on line and pay for it, then was advised the product was on back order and not yet available. Customers should be given the option of going elsewhere if they're not happy with the time frame. Dont get me wrong I was happy with the part once I got it. After finding the Thruxton 1200 R&G Racing sidestand shoe advertised on their site, I phoned Gary who checked and found only one in stock. He suggested I order online and he’d post it. First and last time customer. Based on MY own experience they aren’t a particularly professional outfit. Website sales and parts supply needs better oversight, and subsequently their customer service and communication was clearly lacking and in need of significant improvement. I’ll buy direct from the aftermarket makers from now on. Thanks.
I needed the rubber seal for the Speedo gimble on my Thunderbird. After being told by Peter Stevens that the part was discontinued and unavailable I rang these guys who said they could get it in 2 weeks. It's now on the bike. Highly recommended Triumph Performance Parts.
