I ordered a part online to support the local instead of buying direct overseas. Paid then received email next day that would be 10-14 days. I replied to email asking for ETA after 3 weeks. No reply. I rang the next day and was told item was in customs and would get update tomorrow. Then nothing again. I’d already let them know when I needed part. Deserves -1. I don’t write reviews - this is my first but want to warn people .. When my package arrived without the fastening bolts and mount, Gary blamed the supplier and then tried charging me more to provide what was missing “I’ll go you halves”. TPP have my money, even after I returned the item with express postage. Ignoring my emails. Consumer affairs. I advise - do NOT shop here.
Was looking for triumphs used parts on the end of the phone was very helpful guy . He ended up looking up a new price for me. Very good service highly recommend them
Won't deal with them again. Allowed me to order the part on line and pay for it, then was advised the product was on back order and not yet available. Customers should be given the option of going elsewhere if they're not happy with the time frame. Dont get me wrong I was happy with the part once I got it. I also had to chase them up about when it was coming and there wasnt much communication. This week, Triumph Performance Parts sent me a part in record time. After finding the Thruxton 1200 R&G Racing sidestand shoe advertised on their site, I phoned Gary who checked and found only one in stock. He suggested I order online and he’d post it.
