Initially a great experience but since an item was back ordered over 5 months ago and now been seeking a refund they have been ghosting all my attempts, emails phone calls and using their resolutions centre. No response would struggle to recommend
What an absolute nightmare dealing with these guys. Their website says items are in stock, but after ordering you’re suddenly told everything is on backorder. Then comes weeks of waiting, constant phone calls, messages, and emails just to get any updates. After waiting nearly a month, the items finally arrived — and it was completely incorrect. Order parts online over 3 weeks ago, after 2 weeks the order still said there wasn't any tracking details, and still does now. I emailed them twice with absolutely no response. I've tried phoning a few times, but it rings out and I get a message saying there's no message service. I'm at the point I will be going to my bank to arrange for the Visa payment to be recovered. I'd advise everyone to force your parts elsewhere.
Bought a headlight and waited months for delivery. then did not fit and discover it's a harley headlight, still trying to return it after weeks with no response..... hopefully lizzie responds this year
I ordered a part online to support the local instead of buying direct overseas. Paid then received email next day that would be 10-14 days. I replied to email asking for ETA after 3 weeks. No reply. I rang the next day and was told item was in customs and would get update tomorrow. Then nothing again. I’d already let them know when I needed part.
