Walked in with a co-worker on lunch just to have a look, ended up leaving with a deal on a Trident 660 2 days later. S-O to Pete who made the purchase process quick and easy
I recently purchased a new bike from Triump of Westchester and the experience was excellent. Pete Maggio handled the sale and was a real professional - knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. PJ and the rest of the guys were great too. I did a trade in, and they made it easy on me. I have purchased from numerous dealers, and i would highly recommend Pete and PJ and the rest of the team.
I’ve bought two motorcycles from Triumph of Westchester, a 2006 Triumph Thruxton in 2021 and, just this past Saturday, a Ducati Scrambler Icon, and I couldn’t be happier with both experiences. Chris is my favorite salesperson, he’s a straight shooter, never pushes, and I trust him completely. Be wary of service dept. (Sales is great though, bought two bikes from them in 16 months.) Needed them to attach rear tire with and brake caliper. Was told afterwards when I went to pick bike up they had to "bleed the rear brakes" which cost me another $269. Which ballooned my payment to over $500. Someone should have called me to authorize the work or to even mentioned it so I could be aware. Plus you don't have to bleed brakes to attach the caliper and tire.
Chris helped me out big time with the purchase of my bike. It was my first time buying a new bike and he walked me through the process and helped me when I was having trouble with insurance. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a bike. Awesome place, awesome people.
