I just bought my first bike from Robert at Triumph of Westchester. Robert was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Taking his time to explain my options. Very friendly conversation, not like other dealers trying to push you to buy. Sales team, sorry can’t remember his name. Was very patient and answered all my questions. Robert was and is a hero. He was extremely helpful and courteous to me and made the whole process easy and comfortable. I entered the dealership with Robert being just a conduit to help me through the deal and orient me to the machine and left with him and other staff as friends. I would definitely buy from them again without reservation. Thank you Robert, PJ, Bruce(?) and others. You made what can be a painful experience at other dealerships pleasant and enjoyable. I wish I lived closer but it was so worth the drive !
