This is the second time Sal and his team moved my piano—this time to the 2nd floor loft! Great experience both times.
I was very pleased with the office help ( Becky), and the quick and service, but I must raise a concern. I felt the " boss guy" handled an issue with one of his helpers, as very very, rude and weird. I am mentioning this because I know of another person who observed his a rude to his helpers at another job. Don't threat your people that way.
Sal & his team did an incredible job moving a piano into our home quickly + seamlessly. Great communication and competitive pricing. Will 100% call Triumph for my next move!
Took amazing care of our new piano, used excellent equipment to move it properly, and ensured everything in our home was safely prepared to haul it in. Very quick response and service time!
